Heat-cutting and sewing machines convert PP woven fabric rolls into finished sacks by controlling bag length, cutting the fabric and forming the required bottom seam. Projects may involve printed, laminated or unlaminated material, so buyers should specify the fabric construction, roll width and diameter, bag width and length, cutting requirement, seam construction and any print-mark registration.The incoming roll must feed consistently for reliable length control and sewing. Winding quality, print repeat, material stiffness and the required opening or gusset can therefore affect the final equipment configuration. State the lightest and heaviest materials in the planned range and provide a finished bag sample or drawing for review. Capacity should be discussed together with operator arrangement and upstream roll production rather than from a headline speed alone.
