Flat Tape Extrusion Lines

Flat tape extrusion lines prepare PP or HDPE tape for woven bag and industrial fabric production. A typical process includes resin feeding, extrusion, cooling, slitting, stretching and winding, but the equipment configuration must be selected against the customer’s actual tape and weaving requirements. Important inputs include resin type, tape width and denier, required output, die width, winder arrangement, utilities and available factory length. The extrusion line should not be evaluated in isolation. Downstream loom demand, roll handling and the planned fabric range affect the number and arrangement of winders and the practical balance of the production line. Buyers should share the intended bag or fabric, tape sample or target specification, operating conditions and local power supply before requesting a configuration. Review the PP woven bag production-line workflow for the relationship between tape extrusion, circular weaving, lamination and bag conversion.
