Complete Packaging Line Solutions

Complete Packaging Solutions

End-to-end solutions covering the full production chain.

From raw material to finished packaging

A complete PP woven bag plant may include flat-tape extrusion, circular looms, printing or lamination, slitting and automatic cutting and sewing. The exact combination depends on the finished bag and whether intermediate fabric will be produced in-house or purchased.

Grace International can prepare a coordinated equipment recommendation and preliminary layout after reviewing product specifications, production targets and utilities. Final model selection, capacity and scope are confirmed in the technical agreement and quotation.

Planning should also allow space for raw materials, work-in-process rolls, finished-product handling, maintenance access and future expansion. The lowest nominal machine price is not always the lowest production cost if line capacities, changeovers or material flow are poorly matched.
