The JH-FHA-1000 Single Mainframe Double Die Head Plastic Knitting Bag Laminating Unit adopts the flow lamination process to laminate OPP/BOPP colour printing film with plastic woven fabric and complete the bright lamination of both sides of the woven fabric at one time. This machine uses single extrusion and double die head with double mirror rollers. The PLC operating system displays gram weight, speed, and meter counting functions with synchronous control. It can be equipped with a double-sided colour film automatic pointing system for front and back double-sided pattern automatic alignment. Easy to operate with reduced manual intervention, the composite finished products have strong bonding fastness, good effect, uniform thickness, and excellent sealing performance.
